Some really good tips here. I’m one of those who has to have a cushion to cover my face when watching a scary film, so I will try some of these when I go to Thorpe in a couple of weeks time.

I really hope it helps, and if it is any consolation I’m always the one in our group to get the most jumpy in the scare mazes so you certainly aren’t the only one.

It really depends on your tolerance to scary things. Towers is more of a safe bet as it is catered more towards families. However, if you are feeling brave I would definitely recommend Thorpe.

her is my advice, if you are scared about the haunted houses you DONT have to do them. just enjoy the roaming actors and dancers, food and deinks with everything else and DONT go onto any mazes.

Great point. There is so much to enjoy at fright nights especially as the event is so much more than just mazes and so many people, myself included, often forget that. if you don’t want to go in the mazes you can just not go in them and enjoy all the other things the event has to offer.
