Ladies. Thank you so much for this wonderful discussion. I have learned so much and found out that Quercetin is great to combat hay-fever. Really, really loved every moment of you talking. More please! 😊

Great chat. I’m listening/watching as I lie on my Bed of Nails acupressure cushion (something I discovered listening to Liz’s podcast some time ago) which helps when my back is sore. I often listen to Liz & I know she takes quite a lot of supplements, as do I! In fact several I learned about again from her podcasts over the last 2-3 years. One of my older friends says I must be mad taking all these things & that they’re filled with all sorts of nasties, plus the cost of them but like both of you, I’m not on any prescription meds in my mid 60’s. I always try to get good quality supplements, which obviously cost more but I’m happier with that rather than getting cheap stuff. I’ve never taken creatine but sounds like something I should maybe consider. Time for some red light therapy now. Can’t beat a bit of self care! BTW you two look amazing 😊

I so agree. Love my supplements. They do cost a fortune but at the end of the day I'd rather spend money on my health than other things.

I’m the same as you Glynis, my body and brain no longer wants the hormones. The side effects I get from it are worse than the menopause symptoms.

Bought the book about a month ago..I’m almost 74 and have always looked after my skin..loved cleanse and polish but I’ve upgraded my routine a bit now..I’m certainly not as brave as you and I’d never ever have needles near my face, I’ve just watched two of your Harley street videos.ouch!

I had a scoby and made kombucha in the early 1990s, among many other things I did before and since then, all of which were seen as very weird back then. But not now. Only had to wait 30-40 years.

Hi both, good & interesting watch. Quick question, I’m 62yrs & take a spoonful of olive oil daily, should I still be adding collagen supplements or would the oil give me a good supply? 😊
@AgelessbyGlynisBarber2 ай бұрын
In my opinion, you would benefit from added collagen. Olive oil doesn't actually contain any, it rather contains anti-oxidants which can help boost collagen production. The very best source of collagen is bone broth.

Really great video. Can I ask Glynis why you can’t tolerate the gel please?

Just watching you in conversation with Liz Earl ,I’ve got her new book..Creatinine powder in her coffee? Five years ago I had kidney cancer and now have one kidney ( I’m nearly 74) they check my blood for high levels of creatinine as it’s a bad thing for me..
