Video was cut short, here are my final statements to complete the video :
"These days when i'm with family or laity, I'll have a big salad and some chicken, maybe some cottage cheese and other little things, and that will be my one meal for the day, i'll have plenty of energy and no issues.
When I stay at most western Thai Forest places like Abhayagiri, Bodhinyana, Forest Dhamma, etc. They have hearty food with enough choices for someone who wants to be a vegetarian, and someone like me who is omnivore and eats a balanced variety of foods. When I stay at these places my energy is also quite good, even if I'm doing heavy work for a few hours and just eating the one meal.
So it comes down to understanding that depending on where I am staying, I will need to have an understanding of my energy and limitations and will just not be able to "DO" as much. It has been a good lesson in allowing what is to be what is, and managing it as best as I can. "
