About james miscounting overseer and Odd numbered construct count. Odd numbered construct limits can happen because your construct limit values are stored as floats but the game rounds it down after for actual count and mechanics and stuff. How overseer works is that it multiplies the float value by 2 instead of the rounded down version. So if you have like 1.5 drones from evo niche engineer. Overseer will multiply that by 2 and you end up with 3 drones or odd numbered construct count.

Okay, new idea: Hide and Conquer. Stealth body and turrets, that's it. Just make the turrets the most powerful things they can be (Burnout, vital bonds, so on) and stay stealthed out of danger, maybe get leaf on the wind and become smol. Oh, and Cleveland, for the extra safety.

Architect with Bastion shield, Tempest break, Bravado, burnout reactors, efficiency, and elegant construction can rebuild it's shield in less time than the invunerability field from emergency systems. Discharge Architect maybe?

Hullbreaker, Tempest break, warp shield, hidden power, focus on health and armor after, take shield capacity mods late, take blast radius and shield radius as well, take whatever else you feel benefits shield cooldown and your health not dissapearring (dont take the -85% hull and more shield thing) All you have to do (after you get rid of weapon with hidden power) is wait till shield is up while floating around smartly, dive in (use blunk to assist) to break your shield with crash damage, warp INTO A SAFE direction away from your target, and repeat by being safe for 2 second. Take inverse explosion wild mod for extra LUL, you suck enemies into your warp-tempest splosion. Health regen is nice as well. The shield cooldown wild mod with speed increasing it's damage is good. Burning aura on speed felt kinda "Meh" on the build, but your choice, I did try it. Got me past 3 Star Eaters before I didn't play safe enough and dove into a Juggernaught and punchy magoo and that was not a good decision while my shield was still on cooldown. (Pay attention to that a bit) I started with firefly for this build but soon after wasted a skill point on Hullbreaker and found it was MUCH better for hte point of the build with it's resistances. I did start with Pulse as my weapon but with hidden power eventually really it didnt matter too much, so take whatever carries you through the beggining. I specifically chose warp shield becuase of the .75 seconds of invulnerability allowing you to escape your death-splosion attack, gives you a blink in a direction you choose, and it's cooldown is one of the lower ones to begin with. It's very safe to crash-splode with that shield combined with tempest and emergency systems. Floating away with the free blink (and even actual blink) in safetly and you're shield is back up in about 1.5 seconds after the .75 sec invuln. Just be patient with your shield and don't get overzealous into bullets/minefields/puncymagoos/juggernaugts I avoided most mods that would cause self-damage, on purpose, but you could try Dying stars, discharges, burning aura, etc if you want.

I have..... A really dumb idea. Gemini Reflect Leviathan. Depending on how omnishield is worded, maybe even Omni shield to turn that additional hull into additional shield. Yeah, you're gonna get hit. So make it everyone else's problem.

That is not how omni-shield works unfortunately, having more hull doesn't get you any more shield. In my experience the only way to make shields work on leviathan is to get tempest break, since your shield cooldown is going to be constantly interrupted no matter what you do.
