This dude thought he was talking about basic stickers. BTW my husband and I do the same as that man being interviewed and his wife do. We both work. He has cook days, I have cook days and my teens have cook days. I don't shop because I hate it with a passion. He does all of that. If my preschooler needs a bath and I'm tired he does it. We do what needs to be done. I'm better at hair so I do it. He deals with the schools and teachers and I take care of implementing the school work at home. We split taking kids to the doctors. Lets analyze your logic for a sec Quick question, do y’all expect a man to be willing to die for his girl & go to work and bust his tale to provide even if he is “tired “? Since a woman tired means you don’t have to cook or clean so when he is “Tired” of working long hours he should be able to say I don’t want to today I’m to tired . Right ? Nope because a man role is obviously to protect and provide first but women y’all roles are changeable , one day u want to live like a independent boss bih the next it’s oh Where did all the men go.

How you fold under the pressure of duty and responsibility IS NOT conducive that everyone folds under the same pressure. You aren't the most solid individual and your partner knows that. Mind YOUR relationship; stop telling other people how they should live. Its the lack of roles that is white supremacy. The male is an owner who doesnt work. The wife is a woman who depends on the help to cook , clean , raise the children and tend the owner as the wife does not work or care; its all about brunch. I loved the smooth brain equation 😂....Gyri (grooves and ridges in the brain) increases surface area allowing the brain to process more information. His dumbfounded look made the smooth brain comment hilarious 😆....Still dkw single, ignorant males with no successful relationships feel qualified to argue down men that have been married for 20yrs. However, keeping foolish men single is a win for society. Those bloodlines shouldn't be passed on.

There is nothing wrong when people work as a “team”. Every since, women entered the working world, traditional men expect them to be able to work and take care of the home. Because, of feminism, women are working tirelessly to prove that they can do it all and sometimes the can’t. Just do want works for your relationship and leave people who don’t understand the dynamics of your relationship in the Stone Age where they belong.
@anebasammy2 жыл бұрын
They want a "traditional" woman who also holds down a 9-5. Incompatible. Disconnect. If you want a housewife and homemaker, that's fine but you need to make enough to provide. It doesn't work if only one person is "traditional." Both need to operate within the gendered roles in that construct.

Are you saying that the traditional wife is not going to be able to do a job????
@anebasammy2 жыл бұрын
@@user-vm2hh9ts8h Yes. The 'traditional' household had the husband working and bringing home bacon (taking care of the outdoors, protecting family and whatnot) and the wife stayed at home and fried it up (cooked, cleaned, took care of kids). Have they redefined 'traditional?' What are the men supposed to be doing now in this traditional model?
@anebasammy2 жыл бұрын
And to be clear, this was a traditional white household. That has never been the case for Black people. From what I read, the white family is the fantasy being pursued. But I could be wrong
@user-vm2hh9ts8h2 жыл бұрын
@@anebasammy the idea that the women are too tired to cook and clean their own home 🏠 is garbage 🗑️.... the man in the video is sounding ridiculous 🙄...
@anebasammy2 жыл бұрын
@@user-vm2hh9ts8h So what are the men doing? Also, he didn't mean women are tired all the time. He is saying modern relationships require everyone chip in (work AND taking care of the home, kids, etc) so when the woman is tired (bc she had also been working hard), then he steps up and vice versa. Also, in modern relationships people can outsource chores. We can get a meal service, hire a house cleaner, take the car to be serviced, etc. We are all tired and n ed respite

Ask an older lady. They used to say "Once a man, twice a boy." The initial interviewer is giving those vibes. Women today have gotten to the point where we not settling for that anymore. 🤷🏾♀
