Hej there, I already love your mini episodes on Cuba and can't wait for the next one! Super nice look - what camera & lenses do you use? Aaand what Casa Particular did you visit in Havana? I'll be travelling to Cuba next week, so I'm happy to hear your recommendations! Cheers!

+travel run play Hey! Thank you. We shot this on the Sony A7S with a Canon EF 24-105mm and 50mm lens using the metabones adapter. As for the Casa Particular, we stayed at two. I would recommend Casa Iraida's in Habana Vieja. The one featured in this video wasn't so good. I can get the contact information for Casa Iraida if you'd like. They were so friendly. The property and location were absolutely amazing!

***** beautiful camera! And thanks for the recommendation - I checked Casa Iraida, unfortunately they don't have any vacancies for a double room for our dates in Havana, but thanks anyway :)

+travel run play I can recommend you to our fixer, Raul. He has a nice place in Vedado and can also help you out during your stay. He's very well connected and can be a great guide if needed. Let me know and I can make an intro.

how much was the boat service to take you there ? can i transport a sports motorcycle on the boat as well ? and lastly do they come back to pick you up and drop you back to the states? I want to stay in Cuba for 6 months and bring my motorcycle to travel around. Any information on Boat transportation is helpful. Thanks in advance.

Wow. I don't know what's more impressive - your Spanish or your knowledge of Cuban baseball players playing in the US. I think I could watch an entire episode of you at baseball corner. I'm anxiously waiting for episode 3. #Mojito!
@PeterBragiel8 жыл бұрын
+Josh Hallman Ha! Thanks man. But I'd have to say my Spanish is much better than my Cuban baseball player knowledge. If you had to watch an entire episode of the Hot Corner you'd quickly find out I only knew two players and the rest I learned as I guessed. #SweetzerSnakes

At 3:09 the guy doesn't say "I want Miami" he say "Los quiero Miami" wish can be translated to "I love you Miami"

That's what I originally thought. Thanks for clarifying. Should've gone with my gut on that translation.

5:31??? maaan I'm curious. It is a great timing to visit Cuba, still pure and traditional, before big corporations jump and change everything. Great video, waiting for the next one :-)

What kind of backpack is that?
@PeterBragiel8 жыл бұрын
+Kilo-Lima It's a Herschel backpack. I wouldn't recommend it for major long distance traveling...there's really only one other pocket outside of the main compartment along with a sleeve for a laptop. Let's just say it fills up really quickly.
