@@Maedhrossss The huge amount of pokémon fangames want to have a few words with you. Unless they may damage the image of the product, most of them are left alone. And yeah, I know the history of Pokémon Uranium, and that kinda enters in the territory I mentioned (the atomic threat connotations are still hard to sell for japanese people, as far as I know, so it can damage the image in their opinion, and even then they didn't get a C&D and it has been continued later). Also, games like Super Mario Bros X. The questions to ask are: - "Can your fangame damage the image of their product?" If yes, you better stay below Nintendo's radar. If not, they probably would leave you alone. - "Are you remaking one of their games?" If yes, you probably are damaging their sells, because they probably have already released, or are going to release, either a remake or a port. So yeah, that's going down (AM2R, by example, and in this case it felt like Nintendo was being as nice as they could while protecting their interest, because they LET them release the fangame before sending the C&D) - "Are you directly ripping assets from their games?" If yes, they may send a C&D. You are stealing their job. They are likely to not pay too much attention, but it IS a reason. If all of those questions' answers are "No", your are more than likely safe. As proven, again, by the miriad of pokémon fangames.

I would definitely recommend going back and replaying the tutorial level again and this time reading the signs. The signs teaches you all your different move sets. I also really look forward to your first water level, could be a nice surprise for ya 😉 DGR 5ever (cuz 5 is greater than 4)

I just played this game last night... ...the level select made it look big, Mario's basic movement (even with just the idle) is so expressive, and yet the entire game is not even 1 gigabyte. That's when you kow how good the game is.

DGR doesn't seem to be playing this game right, not that there's a wrong way to play it I suppose. But he completely skipped the tutorial thus not knowing about any of his moves. And you can kick the bombs back in the first boss, I think that you need to spin jump on them, because as he found out, just jumping into them doesn't work. I'm glad that I watched someone else play this yesterday because this isn't the best experience I've seen. Sorry for being salty.

Yea im usually always the one to skip tutorials and just figure out things as I play, but I just said sure when it offered because I wanted to experience the WHOLE thing, and im glad I did. Such good mechanic implementations into your movements and options. Really enjoy what this game has done.

This is why I don't like fan games. Why put all this effort into something you don't even own and could be wiped from the internet on a whim? If they reskinned the characters and assets, it could be sold on Steam and Switch eShop. Always better to develop an original IP as an homage to your favorite games instead of a fan game.

DGR. There's a whole tvtropes article about why comments keep saying you get stuck. I don't approve of (and actively dislike) the language in the full title. But the family friendly version is "READ THE DANG MANUAL". It also applies to the signs and instructions within a tutorial level. I get it; you already know mario. And you figured out a bunch of the stuff yourself, but as you can see there are gimmicks that you might have liked to know sooner. For example, one of the two signs you DID read, told you something, but you rushed the reading so much, you actually got it backwards. The blue dotted blocks let you pass through them, but they're solid to enemies. Whereas the red ones are solid to you, and the enemies go right through them... mnemonic version for me would be "Blue Pass Through, Red Solid." But that's just me. I'm sure you'll figure something out.

Oh wow, tbh I wanted make an idea of Rainbow stars. Where there are different lands and each has specific color stars and using them to get the true Star which has incredible powers and when all 7 are brought together it creates a miracle

I just woke up and I had a dream where i was on yt and this game was taken down and everyone was talking about it and they were sad and when i went to the github page it was all black with tiny white text all over the place that i thought said "the ending" but when i looked closer at the text it just turned into a bunch of random distorted looking letters. Then i was teleported into a desert no reason and my dream ended.

Playful vibe reminds me of the original Super Mario RPG with Yoshi's Island game play. And the wall tapping is straight up out of Mega Man X. Looks really fun to play and game play is a little more high octane to make it more intense, like what dashing and wall kicking did when Mega Man evolved into Mega Man X.
