You can get liquid acrylic cement that will seep into the cracks, seal and bond them. However, since you've painted it, I don't know if it will still work.

A bridge curved sideways like that may look good but the engineering of it is wrong. You need straight sides wide enough apart to fit your curved track on.

Bring back feet and inches! You cannot build a proper railway if you don't use imperial measurements. It must be time to weed my railway again.
