For that, there are 4 types of yoga for this realization- Karma Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Gyan Yoga and Bhakti Yoga. 3. The narada purana significance is around the varna system. The emphasis that he was making on that was that the “jokers” are people who would present bharat or India under the lenses of the oppressive caste system like that’s how it’s always has been, which is different from the varna system. so okay i will summarise it for u like u have angels and devils or demons .. hinduism have vast no of species like asura, daitya ,danav, gandharva ,rakhshas ,deva and so on but people like to believe that asura or daitya or danav or rakshas all are called as demons but no they are species and they have some characteristic and their food preference depended on that characteristics so in hinduism we have 3 types of food 1)satvic:-its light food devoid of liquor or meat or anything only vegetarian food, some boiled vegies food which pleases ur body 2)Rajsic- so it includes all the spicy food and all the food which pleases ur tongue but does not includes meat 3)tamsic;- this is the food which we all eat today all meat, liqor, spicy food and it is believed eating all these leads to anger issues so all the mentioned above species like danav, daitya, asuras, gandharvas, rakshas, devas and so on eat these 3 types of food depending on habitat condition and liking

Hinduism is considered oldest active religion by both western and eastern historians. Islam is 1400 years old, christianity is 2000, Judaism is first of abrahamics (a-brahma) is in the same timeline as that of Buddhism. Before Buddhism then there is Zoroastrian which in later phase started the extreme monotheistic approach which was taken by abrahamics. Zoroastrian was similar to vedas then became little opposite in the sense that they made good guys of Vedas (Dev) as bad guys and bad guys in Vedas (asuras) as good guys. They named their book avesta (a-veda). And then even before zoroastrian there is hinduism or sanatan dharma which was across the world in different form. For example:Brahma the creator god of hinduism was worshipped in egypt in their starting time and people know it even today too.

25:35 - It would do better to take a degree in religious studies and compare the teachings of "religions" versus making an open comparison between one and all. Taoism for example doesn't have the same teachings as !$l@m or Christi@nity. Not to talk disrespectfully but in the latter two, the worldview and openness to accommodate is simply absent. Reason due to which they have formed many sects with differing "beliefs" and each fight with the other. If one goes to label Sanatana Dharma as a "religion" then one will find multiple religions within that label making the label itself unusable. One may say Protestantism, jacobites, orthodox etc. are all "Christi@nity" but they don't agree with this defn. Each calls their own version the best. That doesn't occur in the mystical philosophies originating from Bharat (a.k.a India) or further east. There is an accomodative atmosphere and strong correlation between all practices. Even the adherents don't oppose each other. This is scholastic truth whether or not someone wishes to take it or not. "Misappropriation of religions with spiritual/mystical darshanas (revelations/views) from the East is not scholarly". One has to study a scripture with regards to the context of that faith and it's history alone. Even the name "Sanatana Dharma" taken as a label for "a religion/faith" of India is wrong. "Adhyatma" (or the Higher Self) is the concept followed on the Subcontinent and in east and south east asian nations. The process to attain the Higher Self is called "Sanatana Dharma" (or Ever-present Conscious Duty/Acts). Following Dharma leads to adhyatmic realization or realization of the higher self or supreme consciousness. In fact this concept comes from India. Other than calling it "spiritual" relating to the Christian Holy Trinity (Son, Father and Holy Ghost), what is followed on the subcontinent is "mysticism" - an effort to unite with supreme consciousness or a deity that is the personification of the same. Unfortunately all reaction channels and many others due to lack of understanding quickly equalize : "Oh yeah this is there in all religions...." without knowing the meaning of the following terms : "religions" , Dharma, Spirituality etc. etc. This isn't meant in disrespect but I request you both to do more reading on the topic than forming opinions from reacting to videos. This video actually doesn't cover a portion of the quarter of that ocean on which the video is made. This isn't the way how we study the Puranas. There is always a melodious and spiritual nature to reading/studying the Puranams and the rhythm itself causes internal vibrations raising your consciousness to a certain state wherein you can feel bliss. That is what these texts are meant for. And most importantly yes : "We don't have Scriptures". These voluminous info. were not inscribed into anything earlier on. They were passed down vocally from the Guru to the disciples. Only recently around 800 - 1300 C.E (9th - 14th centuries), the writing on Palm-Leaf manuscripts became a trend. Prior to this it was all vocal. It wasn't like Christian priests inscribing letter after letter on large parchments. The reason for vocal trasmission was also mystical. If I elaborate on the medical aspects, it would be a bit long to cover. In case you want to know, just text below, shall share the info. since I do practice the actual Ashtanga Yoga. Cheers.

And [warn of] the Day He will call them and say, "Where are My 'partners' which you used to claim?"
