Sir what is the difference between charge and flow of electrons(i.e. current)? Does negatively charged plate not emit electrons ? Is current flowing through any conductor is equal to the charge hold by that conductor ?

Charge is a property of electron. Current is the flow of charge. You can interchange charge and electron when talking about electronics but not when talking about physics. Electron is the physical manifestation of charge (i.e quantum of electromagnetic force). Negatively charged plate has more electrons than protons so its charge is negative. Current flowing through the conducter is nothing but the flow of free electrons in it.
