A Brief History on Two Turn Moves in Pokemon

Hellyeah multihit moves, 2 turn moves and RollOut. Rollout the best move it hits 2-5 turns. And rock is such a great type. Rollout will deal 30, 60, 120, 240 and 480 base power damage each turn respectively. Miltanks signature move

Razor wind is actually a pretty decent move in the Mystery Dungeon series. In Super Mystery Dungeon, it even hits the entire room!

When I was a kid, playing Gen 1, I honestly thought Focus Energy was a two turn move like Solar Beam. So I would select Focus Energy, my Pokemon would focus...its energy and then when I'd select Focus Energy again I'd get the message that nothing happend. I thought it was either a move with a low chance of success or it was glicthed in some way. Also, I always figured Whirlwind was just how it sounds, a more powerful version of Gust.

Focus energy WAS glitched in gen 1… it actually divides your critical hit chance by 4 instead of multiplying it.

I also enjoy the pseudo 2 sequence moves like Shell trap and Beak Blast. They very unique and wish they got more showings. Razor wind always looked so cool in the anime, that my disappointment is immeasurable when it literally being the worst move ever.

Razor Wind might be the worst move of all time, but it's at least tied with Kinesis. The Abra line's 'signature move', 80% chance of lowering one enemy's accuracy by one stage.

Recently I've gone back to my save file of Ultra Sun and Sun to prepare the final transfer of all my cherished Pokémon from past journeys and events and competive ready Pokémon who have since gotten new moves, evolutions, and buffs through future generations. And along with using Isle Evelup in the Poképelago and Hyper Training, I've been using my Modest Nature Xurkitree with. Sunny Day Solar Beam combo in addition to Tail Glow and Discharge holding a Jaboca Berry to punish anyone foolish enough to think they could hit with Earthquake and get off scot free. And boy let me tell you, going up against tge few trainers with Power Herb Solar Beam sets instead has never felt so gratifying of a rush. I'm not just using the superior strategy, I'm a beast. And may Beast Boost win! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! NUKE IIIIITTTTT! NUKE EVERYTHIIIING! UNLEASH THE POWER OF A LIGHTNING STRIKE FROM A GAS GISNT PLANET THAT HAS ENOUGH POWER TO VAPORIZE DIAMONDS! LET IT GLOW! LET IT GLOW! LET IT GLOW!!!! WAAAHAHAAAAA!!!! YA WANNA SEE WHAT DESTRUCTION LOOKS LIKE?! HERE IT IS IN BEAST FORM! Hi, I am a VGC enjoyer and player. Sky drop was a decent move choice for tapu kok in VGC 2017 and 2018 and you absolutely had to check weight classes if you wanted to use that move. For example, snorlax and celesteela were 2 of the most common pokemon in those metas, and everyone, even at mid level, had to remember that you couldn't skydrop them. Also skydrop was a high skill floor move so it was especially used by top players.
