Omggg I don’t know how I forgot to mention this but migrane caps are amazing! You can throw them in the fridge and put em on your head/over your eyes if you want and it has helped me soo much with my migranes!!

I got the best Christmas gift this year when my crush Austin Ellis told me he had feelings for me and asked me to be his girlfriend ❤ I love the ideas that you showed in this video. I've been having a hard time this Christmas season with grieving the loss of two of my friends Justin and AJ really loved Christmas so Christmas is really hard on me because Justin's been gone since 2001 and AJ been gone since. 2012 but your channel has really helped cheer me up when I'm really missing them . hey hope ur having a good holiday/Christmas i know honestly chronic illness is hard for us all so i just we make the best out of what we got/ have for the holidays 😂 love that u have ideas us warriors/chronic illness people and thank you and im just gonna buy myself next month that back heat ice pack my scoliosis and arthritis and buldging discs hurt so bad everday or every other day good idea and i got my sister a blanket hoodie compfy for Christmas shes gonna love it

Hiii!! I feel ya the season is so nice & festive but also very exhausting for spoonies! Yess i love that, the blanket hoodie is amazing, and the heat/ice pack will be so useful! I microwave mine like 10+ times a day while it’s so cold rn! Helps me relax to be able to pop back in my dislocations 🫶 all the love & spoons! 🎄🥄❤️
