I was on rotating day shift and night shift when I first started my nursing career. Did that for three years and then got a different job and now I’m only on day shift. Although I feel more like a normal person the fatigue of the “12hr” shifts always gets me still after 6 years of bedside nursing. So unproductive on my days off try recuperate from those long hours.
