A/C cold? Charge any R134a system Yourself - Simple Charging Hose
Be sure to check out my Amazon Storefront to purchase this gauge and hose set so that you can try it out for yourself! Here's the link:
www.amazon.com/live/video/083...
And while you can use any spin-on can of R134a with this gauge set, here is the brand I have been using recently and have had the best luck with: amzn.to/3Tno1Sx (this is a 3 pack)
And also... Safety glasses with splash protection: amzn.to/3wXWPCe
This is my honest review and I am glad you are here.
I talk about the details and benefits of this A/C refrigerant charging hose - that you can use with any R134a system - that you don't want to miss out on. Lots of you guys would benefit from trying to do this simple repair to your car's AC system instead of taking it to an expensive repair shop.
I'll tell you about my experience with this little tool, and we'll actually use it on my car today. My air conditioning system has not been blowing cold as of late.
Many folks are afraid to try and charge their AC system, but after you watch this video you'll gain confidence, and you'll save yourself money and time by giving it a try on your own. This is totally DIY, you'll see. (Do It Yourself)
This little charging hose and gauge really is a must have in my opinion, especially when it starts to heat up outside.
This review is for the Arctic Freeze Car Air Conditioner Refrigerant Gauge and Hose, Reusable AC Recharge Kit Compatible with R-134A Cans with Self Sealing Valves, InterDynamics, found on Amazon.

Thanks, man! I watched a lot of these and yours didn't miss anything I could tell. Even mentioned safety classes, shade, and why not to over-fill!

Safety is key that's for sure, and yes I've learned the hard way not to overfill. Thanks for watching!

So once done you can resume using the can later down the road until you empty the can, but never unscrew the hose from it which releases the freons, thus having to buy another can

I leave it screwed in, its just easier for me that way. However, the can does have a check valve so that when unscrewed it'll still hold the refrigerant inside.

I get cool air, just very weak. Is that ok to recharge? Also to measure the gauge can I just put the hose on the low pressure valve without adding the can to the other end just to see if I need any? Or do I need to twist the can in on the other end? Also when you want to see the gauge to know if you need to fill it with Freon do you need to pull down the lever? When do you actually press down on the lever and hold it down.

The gauge will work without the can screwed onto it so that way you can indeed check your low side pressure even before screwing on a can. And to get the most accurate reading, make sure that your compressor has clicked on. And yes it seems like a simple top off might help you in your case, but the guage will let you know for sure. Don't overfill it. Hope this helps.

I recently got a kit and tried this. Does it usually take a while? My gauge usually stays on the line between 20 and 30 and after about 5 minutes it only went up the about 30 and back down.

Sometimes it does take a little while to add. Make sure the compressor is kicking on. Get a flashlight and look to see if the front of it is spinning when the ac is on.
