Thanks for your video. One thing thats not clear to me is, say my system is empty now because i have leaks.. Therefore i need to dry out the system first, apply the leak treatment and then finally refill with refrigerant. Will each product need to be removed from the lines before the next one is applied?...or do they all coexist in the A/C system all at the same time?...is there a buildup of pressure with all these gases in the system?

If the system is empty, you'll need to find and actually fix the leaks before recharging. UV dye, electronic leak detectors, and looking for bubbles with soapy water can all work. Once the leak is fixed, replace the accumulator/receiver dryer because its desiccant quickly becomes saturated with moisture if the system is open. Finally, you'll need to evacuate the system with a vacuum pump before recharging to remove the air and moisture that entered the system while it's open and recharge with refrigerant. Duracool refrigerants are fine if you are okay with using a highly flammable propane/butane based product, but skip the snake oil additives. You aren't going to magically seal a leak with no side effects by putting a can of some chemical into the system nor will you remove moisture. It's physically impossible to remove something from a sealed system by adding something else and it's also physically impossible to convert water into oil. The ONLY things that should be in the system are refrigerant and oil and possibly dye for the sake of finding a leak, that's it. You will not find a single manufacturer who approves of adding anything else or recharging an empty system without evacuating it first and for good reason.

Hi. Does the Duracool System Seal contain polymers? Also, "One 6oz can (of Duracool R134a and R12 Replacement A/C Refrigerant ) is equivalent to 15 oz. of R-134a " so if my fridge takes 205g of R134a then to use this Duracool R134a and R12 Replacement A/C Refrigerant I'll need only 2.89 oz? Thank you very much.

It is not recommended to use the 12A, instead we recommend using the 1234YF tune up kit. greggdistributors.ca/automotive/Fluids-Additives-and-Chemicals/Refrigerant-and-AC-Additives/lllyf3333
