I love your sleep stories. I have insomnia and sleep apnea, anxiety and depression. Your sleep stories have helped me a lot and I am always recommending you to others. I do wish that you would do some more stories that have a fuller breathing exercise for relaxation before the story begins. You had one I really liked last spring that had really good breathing techniques. Thank you for all of the wonderful work you do and share with us. Take good care of yourself. Sleep well. 🥰

My sleep varies with fibromyalgia.. I go from complete insomnia to just having difficulty sleeping and sometimes Stevens stories can be the difference for me between a bad night's sleep and hitting the pillow and dropping, where I never remember the story.. I'm gone with the first line 😂...😴 Sadly when I have total insomnia I will not go near the bed. I do think sometimes I'm just keyed up or not tired and sometimes a light snack helps me because it somehow tires me

Thank you so much Dear Stephen. I have been so upset over the election results I didn't know how I would ever get to sleep. Winnie the Pooh has always been a favorite of mine (I am 74) and I was transported right back to the innocent days of my childhood. Bless you!!!

Oh, Dear Stephen, this is my very favourite childhood story. ❤ I'm 71yrs & I remember my Grandmother reading this to my younger sister & myself when we were young. Oh my goodness! Pooh...! 😊 Just what is needed today... This takes me back to my childhood ('50's) bedtime stories. After a while, my dad would not finish the story, he would leave it for the next night and tell me that I could learn to read it for myself, then I wouldn't have to wait. That inspired me to learn rapidly. Dad's know 😊 Thank you so much for your efforts Steven.

Severe childhood trauma and lots of anxiety. I did not grow up with Pooh in India. I properly discovered him much later but my inner child loves himmmm. i call myself Pooh now and winnie helps my inner child feel better. Love you for this Stephen!! Thank you ❤

I hate to bring this up, but I cannot understand how anyone can stay asleep with the music of high notes at the end. Now, I am wide awake, 11:00 pm, with somewhere to go, tomorrow. Please consider not using music with high notes, pretty please🙂💝🙏
