Surprised to hear that Mr. Rana is getting dialysis. He mentions he’s already had several treatments so most likely he has problems with his kidneys. How sad 😢. I’ve been watching this channel for some time and I did notice Mr. Rana had aged a bit. Ms. Nadia is a generous soul and her gift will certainly help Mr. Rana and his family.

I don't know why but Rana's reaction was the one I wanted to see the most. The way he sort of pushed the bag of money out of the way to say thanks. It kind of showed that at that moment he wasn't worried about the money all he wanted to do was tell her thank you.

That was nice. Question. Has he kidney problems. Please answer this as it's important to get proper health. I was wondering why he was 🙏🏼 losing weight and a tinge of yellow in his face. Having "dialysis is to clean kidneys and remove fluid. Though without it. It will become bad again. As you need dialysis 3 times a week and you need to operate to strengthen the arteries. My mother in law in Karachi died of sepsis cuased by hand getting infected. I am concerned
