I have been to Norway/Sweden every summer since 2004. From north in mountains to the mighty Glomma. Härjedalen in Sweden many times. Great natur and fishing to be found. Englisg married so with family around Alfreton I have visited the Wye several times. DK has lost almost all graylings and trout in rivers due to the cormorant. So no joy to fish a fly in DK anymore. Sadly. So Norway again this summer and two weeks of mossies and bliss :-)

Thanks Luke, I really enjoyed this video, dreamy, peaceful, not another soul in sight, spectacular scenery and, for us, large trout, noisy rises and best of all a veritable flotilla of duns !

Thank you Paul, the use of a Helicopter does make getting away from it all a little easier! And the hatch was perfect, a steady trickle of duns coming off all day, enough to hold the fish up, but not some many that the chances of them taking the fly was greatly reduced...

Thank you Ian. I'm afraid I can't help you with the landing net....it was given to me a while ago. To be honest it's a bit heavy, wooden handle, metal rim....but the folding mechanism is very good.... I'm looking at doing a more modern version. The net itself, dimensions etc are just about perfect....

Well that's some serious camera gear! Quite a load you need to carry. But the results are great

@@ibookje Cheers, it is a of a lump to carry, I've got a lowpro rucksack that I can fit the camera gear in as well as a stove and Tea/coffee supplies... It works really well.
