Oh I do this. However, I grate the cactus and okra and strain the slim instead. You do not need to wait hours before you apply the shampoo (when grated). I also notice that when I've applied the shampoo multiple times a week, I have less dandruff. Love to see us Caribbean women making use of what we have in abundance 🙌

@Tai_Arts yeah don’t use nothing with acid on your skin it will do more harm. I blend the nopal..strain it mix it with the prickly pear oil/neem/Brazil nut oil & some melted mango butter. You can feel the difference the nopal is making on your skin..it’s heaven. I had bad issues with hyper pigmentation and my skin is differently smoother now.

But 14 plants just popped up without anyone even noticing them till I moved back home) ,I alternate each washday (every 4 days or so) and a normal shampoo twice a month. I am in Cape Town SA. Okra and the leaves are hard to find in my neck of the woods.

Some people have them in their garden. You can ask. It also depends on where you live. As I said in the video, okra is grown in Africa, the Caribbean, Asia, the Middle East and Southern States of the U.S.A.
