This movie reminds me of a set of green eyes that blinked at me in which I saw as a child several times in life growing up, which was extremely frightening. The first time was when I was 3, and a quilt of my moms that doubled as a sleeping bag with magnetic snaps, sealed on me when I crawled in. It was completely dark, and it was only a second or two when I saw the eyes which blinked, that sent me screaming until my mom unfastened the quilt and let me out. Remembering this when I was 5, tried the same thing with my own quilt, and took several tries before finally repeating those very same eyes. Only a few years ago, discovered what it was that caused this. The eyes I was seeing, were my own, and it was my eyes blinking that gave the appearance. Look at a lamp or bright light, then go under the covers burns a temporary impression in the brain. As ones eyes are adjusting to the darkness, this gives the appearance of green eyes staring back, and blinking makes it look like they are blinking back. When I told my own kids about this, they repeated it as well. Didnt even know one of them had already once been freaked out seeing what I did, and just never told me.
