When I used the bathroom I would crap puddles of blood for months and felt weak and so I went to the doctor and yep, cancer. This reminds me of the Walmart clown commercial from early 2010. Aside from the cursed costume in this movie, or the clown getting his foot badly impaled by a unicorn spike at the bottom of the stairs in the commercial, the biggest problem was just the one person dressing up as a clown without anyone else going through the same thing. If he was going to do it, then the mom, or one of her female friends, should have done it as well.
