We are a group of fun loving people who love to travel for food. We are basically from Bangalore in Karnataka and my native is Chennai in Tamil Nadu. We mostly keep travelling and explore the best restaurants and the best nonveg hotels around Bangalore and Chennai in Tamil Nadu.
Our Channel is mainly focused on food reviewing , cooking some wonderful recipes which were really good at restaurants and parenting skills with our experience.
Our channel is basically in Tamil and we can speak multiple languages .
We would love to travel through out India to explore new variety of food or dishes to learn there culture and there regional cuisine.

Hi.. Sir! What I like the most is "ALL YOUR VIDEOS" are well explained in details. While you explain. You make sure everything is said perfect so that their will be no doubt. One suggestion brother. Please try to avoid plastic bottles and jars. Definitely the plastic will give negative impact if you store any alcohol content more than 2 days.

if u use ginger with skin it will take time to ferment(for me it took more than a week to ferment in chennai climate in march month for ginger wine)

Yeast just helps in converting sugar into alcohol. To increase the alcohol content you have to increase the sugar quantity

@@grthilak no bro not all yeast can survive when alcohol gets high . Baking yeast won't survive even 12 percent . You need to get better strains of yeast which are good at handling alcohol spike

@@grthilak Did you know about Super high gravity ale yeast. this yeast can ferment up to 25% alcohol when used correctly. It produces ester characters that increase with increasing gravity. Malt character dominates at lower gravities. To achieve >25% ABV, sugar needs to be fed over the course of the fermentation. That's why i'm asking how to make high alc0h0l tolerance yeast.
