RECIPE:
3 eggs
Separate yolks + whites
1/2 tsp kosher salt + 500g mascarpone to yolks - mix until smooth
Beat egg whites in stand mixer with whisk attachment on high until foamy, then gradually add 2/3 cup white sugar
Stiff peaks, no grainy sugar about 3-5 mins
Fold yolks into whites
1 cup bomb ass coffee
7oz ( 1 pack) lady fingers or make your own
Dip each lady finger in coffee and add 1/2 marscapone mixture on top then repeat
Dust with cocoa powder and chill overnight

Hey Maddi, I hope you are doing well. I just want to let you know, if no one has told you before, that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, loves you dearly. Jesus, who is the physical representation of God the Father’s glory and righteousness, physically came on this earth, preached the Word of God, made disciples, and got brutally bruised, beaten, whipped, scourged, and was hung on the cross (Isaiah 53; Matthew 26:65-68) for all of our sins (wrongdoing). We have all signed against the One and Only true God. We have all gone our own way at times when we thought it may have been the “right” decision. When Adam and Eve (the first two human beings to walk this earth thousands of years ago-not billions of years ago) were in the garden of Eden, the Lord carefully instructed them to eat from any tree. Still, to not eat from “the tree of the knowledge of good and evil” (Genesis 2:15-17) because if they did, they would die right then and there on the spot (Genesis 2:17). Long story short, Eve rebelled against God by giving into the devil’s temptation of eating “the forbidden fruit” (it was not an apple, we do not know what kind of fruit it was because the Bible does not say), she convinced her husband to do the same, and the Lord spared their lives and had mercy on them (Genesis 3). However, because they rebelled against God, sin entered in the world and every wicked thing you could possibly think of that occurs all of the world is all derived from the beginning when sin entered into the perfect world God made. The perfection of this world turned into imperfect because of the wickedness people conduct on a day to day basis. Now I just want to say before anyone assumes anything, I am most definitely NOT perfect. That I can tell you. I have my flaws and imperfections just like the next person. I go through battles, hardships, and discouragement just like the next person. When you surrender your life to Christ Jesus and are promised the Holy Spirit (who is God) to dwell within you, it is very important to remember that we are not promised a perfect life. Jesus told us that “‘…In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world,’” (John 16:33). Jesus told His disciples (students) this before He was crucified on the cross for the sake of our sins. When Christ eventually died on the cross, He did not just die, He resurrected from the day three day later by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:11). What all of this means is this: even though we will continue to go through hardship in this life, and even more when we start living for Jesus because we won’t be in the hands of the devil anymore, the devil knows that he cannot get to us, so he will try his “best” to make our life miserable while we are temporarily on this earth for the time being. But God is faithful to His word and He will make a way where there is no way to guide us through the trials this life according to His will for His glory, the benefit of others, and our benefit in Him. This means that when we surrender our life into God’s hands, we are declared righteous (Romans 5:1-5), not for anything that we did, but because of what Jesus did on the cross for all of us because he loves us. God does NOT want any one to perish but for everyone “to come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9), that is to repent of our sins. To repent means to change one’s mine and to agree with God on the stands that we have sinned against Him not just verbally with our words but also with our actions. Actions speak louder than words. Therefore, by genuinely repenting of our sins, we turn away from the things that do not glorify God and return to God instead and do what He has called us to do. I might be only 20 years old and don’t know everything but I do know this, the Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior and when you declare that Jesus is your Lord and Savior and actually start living for Him, your life will change drastically. Yes we will still go through hardships in this life, that is evident everyone does. Yes we will go through trials, that is evident and everyone does. But at least we’re going through hardships and trials with Jesus the Son of God Who will provide us the health and strength to get through it instead of trying to do everything by ourselves in our own futile strength. I personally know what it’s like to try to do things on my own without God’s help and look where that got me, going through mental struggles and battles, and being completely stressed out of my mind. It is all things to God that I am able to say that even in the midst of these hardships, the Lord is by my side. Can you honestly say that the Lord is by your side. Can you honestly say that you love the Lord Jesus. God sees every single thing that we are going through, He just wants us to take the time to personally invite Him in all areas of our life. When you have a friendship with someone you taking the time to get to know who they are and vice versa. Within that friendship, in any relationship for that matter, the key thing is communication. If good communication is not in the midst of that relationship, it will not stand. God is always talking to us, but are we taking the time to listen to what He is saying. By communicating with God meaning just talking to him which is praying to God, we are taking the time out of your day to talk with the God of the universe. What a beautiful thing that is!
