Thank you for this video. What beautiful messages from Sanat Kumara. I do appreciate that he explained what we can expect with our bodies, to follow a daily regime as that of a much higher frequency being, time frame of 2030 to 2032 as the really big case to come (think I know what he means by saying this😮) the splitting of Earth and the 2 timeliness. He said a lot. Also, that for talking about the 144,000 Souls. I knew these Souls were of rather high frequency but I was not clear they formed the White Brotherhood/Dove. I am reading keys of Enoch and it speaks of this so I am going to have to see if the reading is clear on who they are.(or how is defines the 144,000. Keys of Enoch is jam packed with so much prophetic details on the times we are in. Thank you again
