What we found with Popeyes is that during the sandwich introduction period the chicken filet is huge, but after a month or 2 there is a drastic reduction in the size of the filet. Naturally we were impressed at the introduction to later be disappointed.

Several years ago I went to Popeye's and ordered their Chicken Sandwich. They quickly informed me it was 'made to order' and would take longer to get. I waited and, Wow! That sandwich was amazing and I haven't had better since. Where Popeyes lost me was over their chicken jambalaya. It was delicious and you were served a plate full for your money. Then one day they decided to cut the serving size by 3/4. they claimed it was a side so that's the size you got, but they kept the entree price. after that Popeyes can go bankrupt for all I care

They opened a store in a town near me about a year ago. For the first 6 months it was very busy. Too busy for me to want to wait for a parking place or in line for the drive through. However the last few months business has tapered way off so I gave it a go. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Sandwich, fries, coleslaw, and medium drink was $13 and change. It was just ok. It was a small step above McDonald’s and BK for the sandwich. Far below for their fries, and soft drink tasted a little flat. All the hype wasn’t real or something is off. It’s a town with a fairly large college and student body. Maybe burnt out already?

It is good to see you again. I did struggle to find you to see a new video. I tried searching "Fast food test guy" "tasting burger guy" but no results. I finally found you on chrome search. I suggest to add more tags. Im now subscrived so it's easier. Keep on with this channel, I just enjoy it, thank you and have a good sandwich. Indeed this kind of chicken sandwich goes good with green sauce or bbq, it's a lot of meat for the bread.
