2 cups quinoa
12 oz butternut squash
7 cloves garlic (4 whole, 3 minced)
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 shallot
salt + pepper
spinach
miso salmon -
2 salmon fillets
salt + pepper
2 spoons of miso
pepper
honey
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
cucumber salad -
1 cucumber
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
miso to taste
