Oh absolutely. The day I discovered her, I fell in love with her wit, self deprecating sense of humor, and comedic timing and she very quickly jumped into my all time top 5 favorite comedians. Immediately started trying to find any videos of her stand-up shows. I was disappointed to find out she only recently started doing it in the past few years so she just had one set of jokes (at the time), but I'm really glad I got in on the ground floor before she becomes super famous... because that is *definitely* going to happen if she keeps going at it with the same energy of hilariously dark comedy.

Vermont actually looks absolutely gorgeous. I'm originally from Detroit Michigan. I hated snow and ice. Plus it's all ugly and gray and slushy there. Wherever you are specifically, is unbelievably beautiful for winter time.

SF used to be an insane comedy town in the 80s. Which is when I was in my teens and early 20s. There were so many comedy clubs, and so many “comedy nights” in bars and cafes. Not just open mic, but paid (ha) acts. This is why I love stand up and improv, that and all the comedy records I used to listen to as a kid. San Francisco might be full of tech jerks now, but it has a rich comedy history.

Horror recommendation for ya! *Mr. Vampire* It's a Hong-Kong black action comedy & it even has actual blood & guts in it, because Hong Kong in the early 80's was pretty lax on production codes & because real chickens were cheaper than fake ones. So... yeah, um... If you like sick stuff it has some of that but mostly it's just good spooky fun (& it has at least three sequels!)

A good fun campy 80's horror I'd recommend if you haven't already seen it is Slumber Party Massacre 2. You don't need to see the first one to enjoy the bonkers sequel. You'll have a blast!

1. I know other people have chided you about Guiness but I'll reiterate: DON'T drink it from a can! Get it straight from the tap into a glass or, barring that...glass bottle. 2. I once had a photo taken with Scottish actor John Barrowman. We only had seconds to get in position then move on. I was wearing a kilt and John wanted to know what I had on underneath. I said "Guiness" then moved on - leaving him baffled. [I had some silk boxers from Guiness on...] 3.
