Book an all-inclusive 3 Days Gorilla safari and Dian Fossey hike. It is a 3 days 2 nights Rwanda Gorilla trekking tour and hike to visit the grave of the famous primatologist Dian Fossey who lost her life to poachers in the park while conserving Mountain Gorillas.
Taking time to visit her grave doesn’t only offer a great hiking experience but is a good time to learn about Mountain Gorilla conservation. She was buried within Volcanoes National Park as she wanted to, just close to the grave of her favorite gorilla.
Itinerary Highlights: Gorilla Safari and Dian Fossey Hike
Day 1: Transfer/drive from Kigali to Volcanoes National Park.
Day 2: Mountain Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park
Day 3: Hike to Dian Fossey tomb and transfer back to Kigali city/Kigali International Airport for a departure flight to the end of 3 Day gorilla safari and Dian Fossey Hike.

They are a phony animal species. W no documentation prior to the 20s. They revived Barnum & Bailey circus when sales tickets were going down. Vintage photos look nothing like the suits they make men portray them in today. They should be grazing constantly to maintain their bmr for their weight. You’ll never see a males genitilia. You’ll never see their noses wet or anything chewed up or destroyed in their cages. Ape means to mimic or a large uncouth person. . They are a great “Ape”.

He was communicating in his way. Such a dignified leader who knows how and when to wield his might. Of course we know that if he felt threatened or worse, felt that his children or wives were threatened, he has enough might to pull the intruder's arms and legs off. The people who would refer to gorillas as violent and hostile beasts back in the 1920s to 1940s, seemed to forget a very important detail of the encounter; that they were hunters and poachers trying to capture the babies and juvenile members of the family, to be sold to zoos, and others who had no respect for gorillas as persons. I think many of you out there who are fathers can identify and empathize with these dignified beings. If some animals or humans tried to grab your kids and shot your wife, you would go into the incredible Hulk mode and eliminate the threat. Yet, if you encounter a Silverback in the forest and know the proper protocol when you are in their home, the gorillas will actually be quite friendly and regal. Such a beautiful being and gift from God MUST be respected in their castle. Poachers, "trophy" hunters, etc. must STOP killing our relatives and listen to what they have to say. Listen from your heart and soul, not with just your ears. With modern technology, we can watch and learn about them, while not getting in their way. I didn't always think that way but after observing their lives via hidden cameras, humans have a better understanding of who these forest dwellers are. If you see something wrong, you need to say something. NO MORE POACHING and abuse of some of God's most amazing beings ❤.

@@363.2McMasters No we’re objectively a lot smart than any other animal, pretending otherwise isn’t noble it kinda just comes off as ungrateful for the incredible luck that you had in being a human with the brain that you have. To be alive on planet Earth is unbelievably lucky as it is, but to be the luckiest creature living on the luckiest planet for millions of light years, there’s not really a comparison I can make to describe that type of luck. Be thankful for that gift.

Gorilla trekking is safe, if you follow a series of rules given by the lead trekker, and respect gorilla territory. Gorillas are peaceful gentle giants, and would much rather avoid conflict (as seen here). The grunting sound (clearing your throat) that the videographer is doing, and the silverback is mimicking is called a "peace vocalization." Gorillas make this noise when passing by, or in the vicinity of another gorilla troop. It means, "I am in the area and just passing by. I absolutely mean you no harm."

Gorillas are pacifist animals. They won't harm unless they feel threatened and even then they might not hurt you. They would try to scare you away like besting there chest. Chimpanzes are dangerous. There the psychopaths of the ape family. Also humans.

What a lot of people commenting don’t understand is that these guides take you to see gorillas that are tolerant/use to humans. There are obviously troops or bands of gorillas that are not as friendly that they stay away from, that’s why it’s extremely important to go on a guided tour so you don’t get your arms, legs, and Dick/balls ripped off your body that’ll later be used to play gorilla baseball
