If it was a copyright issue, every reactors video would have been hit too. IMHO, she foolishly, irresponsibly & illegally filmed (& then publicly posted on social media too) strangers AND their minor children. Lots of them. A huuuuuuuuuge no-no in Kuwait. A potential felony, in fact. If she reuploads that video, better hope she took the time to take EVERY single identifiable person & child out or blurred the entire background where they were. Imho, it's also why they usually go out when no one else is around.. because she wants to record & use for content. Super disrespectful that one is, phew. Both of them (he.. should absolutely know better!!!!)
@NotSarahLee35810 сағат бұрын
They could've easily just blurred out their faces. Filming a vlog out in public is going to result in the public being filmed. It's not like she's filming a movie and needs to ask everyone to sign release forms. 😅 I truly don't think it's that deep, but good luck wasting their government resources when we they have wayyyyy more important things going on, like a neighboring war. 🤷🏻♀️😒

I as an American who lives and works in the ME can absolutely say this is not a copyright issue…. She is afraid of getting caught for something…. I have had several Instagram posts taken down for various reasons (mostly something small or people who were blurred out… they take that stuff seriously). They should've blurred out their faces but that would require effort. Unfortunately I don't think it's the 'gotcha' that people keep thinking it is. Idk that's just me. She gets 1-3% of her subscribers actually watching her videos. I don't think KZbin, let alone the Kuwaiti authorities are going to go after her for filming people out in public in a public vlog. They now say they will be copyrighting all of the couples channel content: my understanding is that you cannot copyright a YT channel, but can copyright each vlog at a cost of $45-65 USD per electronic filing. Their vlogs don't make much more money than that, plus the effort of filing will become overwhelming to them very quickly. It is just their scare tactic and will run viewers off.

The first time she took down the video and said it was the copyright music, but there was no music but her usaual....Then she said it was the filming of the children that was in the videos.... If she wants to copyright her videos - PER video she must: (keep in mind, this is for the US) How Much Does It Cost to Copyright a Video? _(These fees are the most up-to-date as of 2024.)_ There are a variety of fees involved with copyrighting a video. Here is a basic rundown of the fees that you can expect: Online Electronic Registration: $45-$65 Paper Filing: $125 Renewal claim: $100-$125 Restored copyright claim: $100 Preregistration of certain unpublished works: $200 She has no idea what copyright laws are. Financially, it won't be worth it for her to copyright anything. Is she willing to go to court? I highly doubt it when she can't even afford anything but Temu. Why is she so ignorant? She's been told this time and time again! *ADD:* Just a little more info. Again, her ignorance is showing. Can You Lose Your Video Rights? Many free, consumer-grade video hosting services require that you forfeit some or all of your rights to your videos. The terms of an agreement on each platform spell out those details, so it is important to completely understand what you are getting yourself into. Some streaming platforms take more rights to your video than others, especially platforms that don’t charge you any upfront fees to use their platform. *BINGO!* She's screwed!

Personally i think its ridiculous that people keep saying that she posted kids and women and that illegal in Kuwait si she had to take her video down. 😅 Noone is going to waste authority resources on these two, and personally i dont think they should. While i do agree that Chantal gets away with breaking TOS on multiple occasions and that KZbin should hold her more accountable, she is a very small, not so active channel in the grand scheme of things so KZbin doesn't waste their time. I wish gorlworld would stop acting like we are the only people in the world and that the world, the laws, etc revolve around us. Chantal's living her life haram and is obviously a fake muslim, but to think that the muslim police are going to take her down because she doesn't follow the religion she claims to is absurd to me. She doesn't get her cat fixed, but to call animal control and think something is going to happen is wild to me. What Salah sent to Kaibella was probably the worst thing that they've done when it comes to breaking the law, but no one is going to arrest him for it. The conspiracy theories and the 'its illegal or against TOS' claims are reaching and embarrassing IMO. Sure, there's nothing wrong with calling her out on her BS, but to take things real life or assume that shes going to be held accountable in any way is laughable to me. Can we please stop being so dense? 🙏🏻 Please?! For example, jaywalking is illegal, but the Kuwaiti government isn't going to put together an entire task force to catch Chantal illegally crossing the street and we shouldn't expect them to. Ugh I'm just so annoyed with the stupidity because we get enough from these two toddlers!! The viewers are supposed to be the smarter ones and it's getting worse by the minute. ❤❤ Okay, sorry, rant over. 😂 Back to the hypocrisy and Chantal threatening to sue everyone who reacts to her videos because she spent an extra 5 minutes editing them. 😅😅😅

I personally believe she is pushing to get several high end sponsors. They want to travel and she needs to feel important. She has removed a lot of old content, and I think that is the reason why she gets so upset when people keep posting it and talking about it. She seems to try her hand at all different formats but cant seem to settle on one and stick with it, till she reaches the goal she is after. She has also realised that all the negative comments bring her a lot of attention. She wants to get her couples channel up and going, so what better way then to do what she has just done. Its all everyone is discussing which in turn will get more attention. To me she has been trolling everyone for awhile now, someone says something and then she brings it up in some way on her lives. The more obnoxious she is the more chatter on social media platforms. This current copy write nonsense I believe plays into it because everyone is chattering about it again as well. she needs to get sponsors attention is where my thinking is in regards to all her nontent.
