It sounds like a great accompaniment to a torch song. The problem I'm experiencing is that if you want to "Sing & Play" you are pretty much left, to Pop/Rock. Not that I don't love "Sweet Caroline," but I'd rather sing and play Cole Porter and you can't get there from the sheet music, despite what Michael Feinstein says. The people like you who are putting up interesting piano instruction on You Tube aren't singers and are reluctant/microphone shy. But at the end of the day, my chick doesn't want to listen to me woo her by "playing" cocktail music. If I could "play and sing' I think the battle would not only be won but the "Home fires would be kindled and burning even brighter.
