Different vibe in this house. It looks like the typical rental... take the stuff you can carry with the intent of going back for the rest. When a house is empty due to health/death it reminds me of our mortality. I love your work.

Kitchen has a late 80's/early 90's look to it, the compact stereo upstairs looks just like my mid 90's one, and those blinds are same time frame, as we had them, but dif color mid/late 80's. Prob been vacant at least 20 years.

I noticed when you walked around to the back, by the air conditioner were modern-style PVC air intake and exhausts from a high efficiency furnace. Lots of modern touches, suggests there was a time not that long ago that someone was taking care of it. Shame that it’s in such decline now.

They can afford central air conditioning, but not a new roof........
@maemi63982 жыл бұрын
I’m sure the central air was put in when they had insurance but usually roofs go to crap because insurance won’t pay for it or they didn’t have insurance. Roofs are not cheap! The central air wasn’t up kept if they had a window unit. 😂
@mikecroaro5192 жыл бұрын
Having insurance does not matter. You have to pay for air conditioning yourself. Same with replacing an old roof. The insurance carrier won't pay for these things. BTW, my comment was meant in humor.😀
@maemi63982 жыл бұрын
@@mikecroaro519 every time it storms where I live my home owners insurance replaces the roof and AC unit when needed due to hail, damaging winds etc. With out home owners insurance I wouldn’t have been able to replace them… too expensive! Maybe it’s different in different states. In Tornado alley home owners insurance is an absolute must! Not picking a fight just stating what I know from past experiences.
