@@ELLIOTCHOY Also a good tip is to not use reverse grip when doing deadlift, it will cause your bicep to snap at some point.. Use the overhook grip and you will get alot stronger there aswell. ​@@dashboy4lHey man! Glad you ask for help. There are some basic advices that applies to us all, even though we are different. For example. #1 Keep your feet and knees at the same direction when you squat, make sure your knees doesn't move. #2 Your width depends on your bodytype, leg lenght etc. Find your own good width. #3 If you feel that you get a buttwink when you are at the bottom of the lift, try to pull your knees forward a bit and you will eliminate that wink. #4 Start with a low weight and make sure you don't lean forward when rising up in the movement, squatting consists of the leg movement and core movement that keeps the torso straight. If you lean foward when you are about to rise, either it's too heavy or you need to focus more on your core. #5 work on flexibility, it will help you alot! #6 the better cardio you have, the better you will be able to develop your squat. #7 Keep chin slightly up when you squat Feel free to inbox me if you need any help.
