Mark was controlling airstrikes for my uncle's F/A-18 when he was killed. I remember my uncle having nothing but great things to say about SrA Forester: how he was a capable, confident, and professional warfighter who demonstrated immense courage until the end. Praying that God blesses Mark’s sacrifice for this great nation and his family.

@@MrKrusten the point is professional soldiers are not trained to and don’t blind fire a weapon. You won’t ever hit anything or provide suppressive fire. And you can’t actively look for enemies. You can see the Americans actually looking at the battlefield for enemies, while the soldiers he is berating for blind firing, are completely behind cover, not even looking for the enemy. In essence they are useless, whether they fire their weapon or not.

I’m so sure you’d maintain a level head and find the target that ALREADY SEES you and is ALREADY FIRING before you returned fire. There is no respawn, my friend. You’d fire in the general direction of the incoming fire, too. If not to kill, to hit close enough that they take cover rather than continue to fire. And the ANA soldiers themselves were just plain stupid. Hanging out, off their gourds on heroin and weed. I looked it up it's called "This is what winning looks like" a fucking vice documentary.
