Hi, I have familial hypercholesterolaemia and a CAC score of zero at aged 59. Both mother and brother also have. I also have Dercum's disease an adipose fat disorder with comorbidities not evident in the family history. I am not sure if these are related, but I hear a lot of people on Dercum's forums complaining of high cholesterol.
