Another question mate...can Sobha developer re-arrange/modifie/redesign interior/exterior of villa according to any buyer's preferences, or is developer guided by certain bounderies... Exemple: Change pool layout, redesign kitchen with upmarket appliances (Gaggenau/Miele), rebuild the upstairs terrace to fit extra bathroom or study... Or is it up to buyer to outsource these modification. I am not sure what can or can not do Sobha developer. Thanking you in advance. Cheers mate!
