Tama ka Kylie. Our brain unfortunately is like a computer harddrive. We start out fresh and new when we are born, but eventually we gather malware/viruses (bitter or traumatic exp) along the way as grown ups. The more we go out there, interact, and take risks the higher chances we will get those malwares (mental disorders like anxiety depression). But with a safer environment we can thrive and geal. It is all about our choices and situations... Replacing the past with new and prolonged good peaceful therapeutic exp will heal us. We will also need a good antivirus app to block further damage to ourselves.
