Young people have no guidance in how to address and elder. Each speaker should have been instructed prior to the interview as how to address not only elders, but someone of high esteem. First.you say hello. And then address by title. At least say Ms. I WISH MORE YOUNGER GENERATIONS HAÐ HAD BETTER GUIDAINCE.
