Well I am from Bosnia and Hercegovina/Mostar and I am very glad and proud that you filmed my country on such interesting and unusual way. You really saw how our people live, what they do and how they make fun. We here have a different kind of humor, some don't find it fun, but we simply don't care. We are fun, happy and proud people. No matter of civil war we had here 30 years ago, it's past times and let it stay so. I am also cyclist but I never make anything similar like you do. Wish you all the best, a lot of health and happines on your jurney.

Hi Zdavo! Thanks so much for your lovely comment. It means a lot to us hearing from a local that we were able to capture this beautiful country and hopefully give it the credit it deserves. We loved the people and could relate to the humor very well :) More of all we were impressed by the kindness we encountered all over the country. Just beautiful. Hope you have a lot of very enjojable cycle joirneys ahead of you! Elena

I really like the way you roll. However, I think you made Mostar look like any other resort and it isn’t. (I do accept that the diving competition was happening when you were there). There is the mix of religions and the streets, away from the bridge, give a better feel for B-H and not least the damage from the war.

I know what you mean. We could definitely spent a bit more time in Mostar and get to know the city better. However very early into our weekend we met somebody from Mostar and spent more time with him, having BBQ and being more around the place where he lived meeting with his friend and see the town more from a local perspective. Unfortunately we didn't film much of it so I understand that our presentation of Mostar might seem bit shallow. We were extremely impressed though with all the music and dancing we came across and tried to capture it! Pity it made an impression of any other resort as it felt very special for us to be there. Are you from BH yourself? And have you seen the second part of our BH travels? Love getting comments like yours, thanks so much for taking the time 💚

Hi, I cycled from Croatia to the UK, I’m a Brit. On this trip we made a car trip to Mostar from Dubrovnik. The place with it’s history is very different to a lot of Europe and so very interesting. (I love the detail about your camping/lodgings and the route).
