Parenting/housekeeping is hard work but i’ll never understand the notion that it’s somehow harder than an actual 9-5 job? 😂 such an obnoxious viewpoint. Again, it’s hard and it’s valid work but it’s no 9-5.

@@dr.hiccup573I mean staying home to manage the household is already more hours than any 9-5, you don’t have a team of people to pick up your slack like you would at work, you don’t get time off for illness and your vacations are also work. So I mean, both suck I guess.

It can be harder. Keeping babies and toddlers fed and without falling, hurting themselves, or getting into things (like dishwasher tablets) is very hard. You have to almost always keep your eyes on them or know what they are doing. It’s tiring.
