Thank you for bringing this very important idea of these characteristics being unattainable within the ego thought system and that they are merely used as ego maintenance. And that we don’t have to worry about attaining those characteristics, they come naturally when you’re ready.

I’m glad you got something out of it, Bruce!

I have finished listening to your video now Stefan thank you very much for that. There is a deeper belief to the one that ‘I am guilty’ which keeps the guilt in place. That is "I am a separate entity which has borders and is limited and was born and will die” It is that belief rather than the belief ‘I am guilty’ which I would suggest is to be investigated. We can begin that investigation by asking where is the evidence that this conscious awareness which is aware of thoughts, perceptions and sensations is limited?

Hi Anthony, I know what you mean. Here is what I think (I might be wrong): the guilt occupies our mind in such a way that it is what dictates that we are a limited self. Without guilt the decision against individuality should not be hard.

Thank you Stefan I trust what happens to happen. And when I don't then I can inquire into "I am a separate entity - is it true? What is aware of these thought's images, sounds, sensations is limited to this body; began with this body; will die with this body - is that all true?

That’s always a good question: “is it true?” The ego would never allow it.
