I always like the beginnings of the podcasts the most, and with the guided meditation it’s that part but longer, and it’s amazing! I've been listening to Thomas for a short time. But tonight I needed a story without rain! I'm sitting in the middle of hurricane🌀 Milton. It's so scary and noisy, I'm a full grown adult. Between the tornados and sideways rain crashing against the metal window covers... my Florida room has flooded.. I've had major surgery I'm so tired but need mega distraction. Thank you Thomas for something without rain. 😂
