HI FRIENDS! So after editing this video; I decided to title it: "a cozy + chatty vlog | taking care of myself as a mom of 2"
I don't explicitly reference that this is a "taking care of myself as a mom" type vlog.. but after editing it I realized that's essentially what it is!
Self care often gets a baaad rap but as a mom (and let's be real as women IN GENERAL), it is important to carve a little time to care for yourself (in big/small ways) -- it'll look different for everyone as what is important in one season for you than another. ALSO, be encouraged! As you'll see in this video; sometimes it's as simple as a shower or making yourself a nourishing meal... or indulging in a yummy, yummmyyyy treat.
I'm still very much getting the hang of this youtube thing but I hope yall are enjoying these vlogs as much as I'm truly loviiiing making them! They're not always the most cohesive and there are many things i think "i could vlog this" but just don't for one reason or another but in any case, it has been a JOY and i'm just SO beyond grateful (for real)!!
Last thing I'll say:
I'm obviously a *very* new youtuber but maaan this platform has enabled me to show up like my most TRUE SELF in ways I've neverrrr fully experienced on social media... like ever.
I've always loved consuming from this platform but creating for this platform?!?!? I'm loving it JUST AS MUCH (if not more?!)
