My day has been stressful from the troubles in the wars of the world this is one of my safe places. Hanging out with Isabelle in the woods watching her cook is an Epic Journey every time. I can literally feel my blood pressure go down as I watch her hands cleaning the seeds from a squash, or drizzling icing on a cake. It all is like a giant breath of calm. Thank you Isabel. You are appreciated more than you know🌿💛🌿

I relate to you a lot, Isabel. My Mom+ who actually passed away 2 years ago (due to medical incompetence) first told me about your channel. She used to watch your videos with great love and appreciation. My Mom+ was an incredibly advanced human for our age and I miss her. When I watch your videos these days, it's like a sweet reminder that she+ and I can continue to connect. I do relate to the content of which you talk as I too love and appreciate noticing the little things in life, history, curiosity, fermenting our own food, connecting... I grew up in Bulgaria and I think that the amount of learning that I obtained there was exceptional. I totally loved how you sewed your own wedding dress and you embroider - things my culture taught me and I continue to breathe life into them. By all means, I just wanted to send you a message here to let you know that you are and have been appreciated by people still present on this earth and people who have passed away. Thank you. Be blessed.

Thank you Isabel, you always help me (and many of us) to tune more into myself and realize what are the priorities in life. I don't know if you will even read this but truly I wish one day our paths will cross ♥ and what you are saying is true, although I think it is so feminine to feel in tune when the seasons are changing (not saying men are not) but we are also cyclic, we also experience 4 seasons due to our menstrual cycle :) I don't know if you noticed, but in autumn I feel really this heavy energy, some people become very angry, arrogant and even toxic, I know the lack of sunlight causes it too but also it is like shedding from old beliefs as the seasons are changing and autumn is calling us for change. From last year I managed to make new healthy habits, I also can thank my baby too, because when you have a kid, things need to change and I wanted a healthy change - going to sleep maximum at 10:30 pm and waking up early in the morning (like 6 am), hiking solo, and also deleting my social media except youtube and I did sell my smartphone (I have a dumb phone ), being self conscious and taking time alone in the mornings (without technology, just me and the silence, the best is hiking right in the morning) creating a lot, and being honest, I literally stopped lying to myself and to others. Making these decisions helped me to feel more in tune but what really changed my huge problem with myself was hiking. One day I went to this huge mountain we have here at almost 1 km altitude,it is 5 km away from the village I live in, I was scared to go that far for few years , I also maybe did not believe myself I could physically do it cause it is a bit steep and high , and what if bears, so my fear kept holding me for some time, but I watched this mountain and I said one day I am going to hike it...so I did overcome my fear and walked up there, it just felt incredible , this sense of freedom when you finish a hard hike, and when I came down, this feeling just got me, as I was coming down, I literally felt new neurons coming to life in my brain, and my soul became more alive! Hiking solo, for women is supposed to be dangerous, for me it is the ultimate freedom and self care , self love which I give myself. But girl when I did this I tell you it just clicked, I returned like a newborn realizing what I did all the way wrong , I realized all my toxic beliefs which lot of them were also taken from other people, had also a huge mess back then in my home and I did let go of them, and from that day I did cure my bad sleeping pattern, or you could say, even insomnia, I woke up every night like for 1-2 times, sometimes more, I had this for years and now I sleep for the whole night. Maybe mountains have this healing energy, but in some book I have read when you go far away from people or collective consciousness, it gives you peace like nothing else and it is needed to go in places like it often. (The place I hiked was not completely without people, it was a rural area with maybe 4 people living there). This is why more and more people are starting to hike solo because they start fo feel themselves again , they realize how pollutted beliefs we hold onto because of society, what we are told to believe and do is not entirely true and a lot of people are scared to be alone, maybe that is why, because the realization of things they are holding in themselves are toxic and I tell you there are not so nice things, but we also carry a lot of beautiful things we need to focus on. Hiking solo can help you to realize a lot of things, most importantly you will start to feel the need to be self reliant. I hike up the mountain every 2-3 months to feel the thing.. I also hike in closer places and smaller mountains and hills, that is when I feel most at peace and to be able to a good mum and partner and as you say in the video, to give others. I feel good in my body and every little settle change tells me what I need to do, it is like i really tuned into my body mind and soul. I am saying this because I feel those are the things you are constantly reminding to us, to be honest with ourselves and let go of everything that does not serve us is really healing. And also, being in nature as much as possible , is very very important, it connects us to our true needs and priorities, especially now when we live in a world full of high dopamine kicks and that causes people to feel quickly energised but then suddenly and quickly drained, then anxious and depressed. Those feelings are because of toxic habits honestly. Thank you again for your wonderful work what you do here through your videos , it is very much needed. Hopefully I could make some videos too , I already have some, I would also love to inspire people, but on the other hand I want to keep my time , be with my family and not to be glued to technology so much. Thank you :) ♥

Another gorgeous video...thanks Isabel. I thought I would share with you one of my favourite things to cook with those green skinned pumpkins. If you slice off the top...leaving a lid and a big bottom piece...and pull out the seeds making sure the inside of the pumpkin is clean. Then you can add cooked rice, garlic butter...lots!!!...and if you want, mashed cooked broccoli, cheese, sweet corn ...whatever grabs your fancy really as long as its partly cooked. Then you put the lid back on the top of the pumpkin and bake it in the oven until the pumpkin is super tender. Then you can slice it like a cake and eat it skin and all. So delicious and such a shame I cant get it here in Turkey. Its one of the things I grab in the supermarket when Im back home in New Zealand
