Hi Isabel 😊 I’m not sure you go through comments, there has been a lot of negativity and judgement on instagram lately I feel like… People with big opinions tend to be very loud, but there are so so many more of us behind the scenes just happy to see you happy and living your life. I live in Michigan and have a hard time with the cold and darkness too, but am being more gentle with myself this year too. I’m so happy to see you’re letting yourself rest and be present, and take winter for what it is. Remember it’s a time for rest and reflection and it’s okay to not be on the go all the time. I’m in East Yorkshire in England and it snowed last night and is still freezing outside. I’m laying on my settee under a blanket. My gas fire is on and I’m so cozy . When I saw the snow this morning I breathed a sigh of relief and thought “thank you, now I can slow down”. I’ve always loved winter. I live in Idaho and I totally get it about the snow and the silence. It becomes so quiet that you can hear the flakes hit the ground. The 1st time I experienced that I paused for a few wondering if I could even hear it was so incredibly silent and then the 3 deer by my bedroom window made that a few moments that I will never ever forget! Yes! Thank you for posting this.Of course we love Isabel and Logan, however, she makes clear she's a Pantheist, which is among other things, nature worship. God created everything, but He is not IN everything. I respect that she chooses to believe this way, but believe it's equally important to make clear I don't share those particular beliefs 🙏.

Thank you for inspiring me Isabel! After 2 weeks of fermenting a sourdough starter, we finally baked our 1st loaf of sourdough bread and it was amazing!! 3 people in our family have been eating gluten-free for 12 years due to a sensitivity and we all feel fine after consuming the sourdough bread.
