One thing l notice with alot of these lovely Thai Condos, is small and narrow sitting rooms, but amazing recreational spaces, 😢 which are largely under utilised, sadly.

Yes if you look to buy it’s better to get an older condo maybe 10 years, more spacious and affordable, can also renovate them to your taste too

There are also many new condos with large spaces. For example: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nmXZgWtja7ljiZosi=vUW7CCiVWGwIbBnv

I like when you put the price in Thai Baht and quote the equivalent in US dollars. It gives people the approximate price. You should do that in every video.

Great video, though the USD prices in the description are wrong. Looking forward to the next one!

Ah! Thank you for pointing that out. Must have been a copy-paste mistake. It's fixed now.

You might think I'm crazy for saying this because the kitchen is already brand new in all the condos, but if I was the person who was gonna buy the last condo, that kitchen would definitely be getting renovated. I'd make the island bigger, in both depth and length, and put the sink and a dishwasher into it. Also, is there somewhere else those washing machines could go besides the kitchen in the smaller units? They are just eating up space in the kitchen.

For smaller rooms, the kitchen may be the only area apart from the bathroom that is connected to piping. If a small room comes with a balcony, there's often piping there for a washing machine. If you want a larger kitchen, maybe check this out: kzbin.info/www/bejne/al7QYXdmidaEfs0

Off-topic question but where do you get your shirts? I'm always admiring them
@JettGunther5 ай бұрын
Ooooh boy you just opened a can of worms because I’m going to give you a very nerdy answer! 🤓 In this video, I wear Uniqlo’s dress shirt but I actually wouldn’t recommend it. The sleeve is too short and it has a front pocket. Front pockets are reserved for more casual shirts but this shirt is made of fine dress cotton so it’s actually not suitable for any occasion 🤷 So in my quest to find the best shirt brand, I landed on kamakurashirts.com Made in Japan, fantastic quality and craftsmanship, a huge range of sizes to choose from. I bought their oxford shirt and I love it. A perfect collar roll (a highly sought after feature of oxford shirts) and very fine luxurious fabric. You’ll see me wearing it not in the next video, but 2 videos from now. If you’re based in Thailand, they sell it at www.thedecorumbkk.com Hope this helps 🍻

Having the bathroom shower next to the bathtub is not a good idea. All the shampoo and soap will all over the clean bathtub. I also see the air conditioner in the living room installed in a place that will be difficult to service. The cold air from the air conditioner coming directly onto a wooden shelf is also not ideal.
