I have a hormonal coil and I love it... I had a non-hormonal coil and it was horrific but love this one as I don't get periods now

I came off my pill and had worst hormonal skin but I have got the best skin ever when I changed my lifestyle. I had excruciating pain on my period that has also gone! Diet really is life changing. No sugar no acne!

Heyy, what type of diet do you have? Because I feel like I need the pill because of the pain on my period, but I really prefer to have my normal cycle without the pill, coil or anything with hormones.

@@marijnm6087 hi hi I cook every meal. Pretty much whole foods only. I know this isn’t for everyone or everyday but try eliminating anything processed including drinks. Sugar does impact hormone. Also exercise and sleep at the same time daily as much as possible. I still get bad cramp if I’m lazy on either of food, exercise or sleep!
