If you use SPF, you should definitely be using more than just micellar water to clean your face! It’s probably the SPF that’s breaking you out by blocking your pores! I’m 25 and started using the Byoma cream cleanser and I really like that!

You should definitely consider making the middle room an office/reading room, with floor to ceiling built in units to store your cases, extra stuff etc. also, building beautiful book shelves, adding a desk top and chair, and also a biiig fluffy chair. Idk I think it would be so lovely to have a room like that! 💛

This is my first time watching a video of yours but just wanted to mention on the caffiene/coffee front, I found taking cbd and or magnesium takes the peaks and troffs out of the caffiene, but a much easier way if you have the time and inclination is to mix half regular coffee with decaff coffee, to still give you a little lift if you still feel like you want a bit of a caffiene hit with the taste of coffee,I cannot have coffee house coffees without cbd or magnesium as it makes me too jittery inside.

I used to experience that with coffee as well but I made a switch to speciality coffee as it’s organic and grown for longer and it makes a huge difference. If you’re new to speciality coffee I’d recommend a medium roast as light roast can be sour
