Oooh hope to see some of the horseback riding lessons! There is an amazing place to ride on the beach near Edinburgh when you get more confident. It’s accessible via train and a short walk. There’s an even better place that is a short drive away. There’s NOTHING like a beach gallop! I used to ride at Tower Farm with the equestrian club at uni - they have some beautiful hacking too. Horses are a great form of therapy.

re the dog food - my sister in law dog walks in edi full time and she always recommends raw food for dogs who are struggling with their digestion - she buys hers in frozen blocks and they deliver it to their flat. Her dog is on a raw food diet and loves it! Might be worth looking into it for Ferg :))

One of my dogs has bad allergies. They can have a protein allergy and environmental allergies. Food allergy is if they have a reaction with that food. Novelty proteins help dogs with allergies. I have my dog eating a duck based kibble. Pretty sure my dog has a beef allergy. And she’s allergic to everything environmental. Medicated baths also help. There are a ton of shampoos out there. Dogs with allergies is not fun and very costly and time consuming and you just feel bad when they are so itchy. I had to get a vet dermatologist involved earlier. She’s having a flare up now that I’m trying to treat.
