You sure know how to make a slighty above average angler look good lol. I want to clarify about rod choice, rod choice does matter, but i have 3 different rods that ill chose from between 7'-7'8 H/MH and if i am throwing a 3/8oz set up, ill just pick my rod depeding on which reel is on it based off what gear ratio fits the bait i plan i using best. Example 8.1 for swimbaits and bigger worms. Bronco/crawl/ creature generally 9.1. BFS is 9.1 because both my BFS reels are 9.1 lol

How are you doing Travis! Off topic but I’m excited to say I tested out my trolling motor on my kayak on lake Russell yesterday and was absolutely amazed.just waiting for my fish depth finder to start really practicing a lot more seriously.once I’ve got it down good I’ll be looking to get into some small clubs to connect with more anglers other then myself to learn from. Your other videos have deeply inspired me to really get into doing this. It’s been a passion since I was a kid and going to kick it up to the next gear now.thank you for what you do once again.love your content

@@BrandonHughes-g7m Nice. I see you there. When you are ready to start competing, just let me know. I can answer any questions you have. It's a process that can seem overwheliming until you enter a couple of events. There is a great club on Murray. They fish once per month on Sunday's from ramps on Murray.

Thanks. It was all on Kyle Holt. I wish I would just invest in some wireless microphones.

@@TravisDoesKayakFishing Ya the audio wasn't ideal, maybe tie the kayaks together while you were doing the initial description would have been better but it worked.
