We have them in Sweden also. God's green earth (with spots of bright white) provides some truly breathtaking scenery. But the most precious of all on earth are the people! I'll be honest, I like the occasional café stops and wouldn't mind you going more in-depth on them. I was surprised they had a decent biscuit and gravy that far north. So many guys have a hardcore, totally off-grid, and totally off-road mentality that actually makes them miss experiences or reduces the enjoyment. It's great to camp cook, but it's also great to be able to interact with locals and find those restaurant gems in small towns. It's great to be self-reliant, but it is also not a crime to get a camp with hot water or even a hotel room every few days.
